I got ONE call from Zurich 2 days after I was almost killed from TONI BRIDGES. What followed was 3 WEEKS, I repeat, 3 WEEKS before I could get a hold of her again. What kind of employee won't return emails or voicemails for 3 weeks? After reaching out to 2 managers, I got a call where she lazily told me "you're at fault; Zurich is not liable." Now, I will have my insurance protest this to full extent; I will get lawyers involved; and I will directly explain to Flatiron Zachry their insurance company refuses to do their job and should be dropped immediately! TONI BRIDGES may think she is crookedly saving Flatiron Zachry Money, but in fact will cost them SO much more since their insurance lazily refuses to do their job.
