Oct, 18 2019Allie Cat1I will never buy anything from Zales again. They charged me $1400 by surprise on my credit card saying I bought something deferred but I was never told this or explained that I had to pay it off within a certain amount of time or I would be charged this large amount. I have just been making my monthly payments as I am billed. They lost a customer for life. Never again.

Jan, 08 2019global connection5I would like to thank the staff at Zales for making my experience purchasing my wife's wedding ring extraordinary. Yolanda went the extra mile to make sure that my wife got the ring she deserved and made sure I didn't "break the bank". Wow I just can't believe people have so many bad things to say about the shop. I'm pretty sure all those evil sales people are a thing of the past. Thank so much
