    Don't bother trying to call them at the branch... they have never answered in the 20 years I've lived here. It rings their phone, then kicks you into a arcane IVR, then connects you to corporate 800 number.
    Once in the branch, it's ok. Staff is friendly. It's a bank.... why you need to go into one is beyond me.... I go there to buy currency for international travel.
