Where do I begin? Been a Wells Fargo customer for years and recently moved to Midtown. This location was the closest to my residence so I chose to bank here. WORST DECISION EVER! Sheli, the manager, has no respect for the customers. NO PROFESSIONALISM. Sheli hung the phone up on me while I was trying to explain to her I needed to stop a wire transfer that was being sent to my COMPROMISED BROKERAGE ACCOUNT!!!!! An hour later she APPROVED the wire transfer!!!! I'm calling Wells Fargo Headquarters to handle this for me.
