Twisted Technologies at 400 Galleria Parkway, Atlanta, Georgia.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I hired this company to remove some very important irreplaceable files from a server that they (twisted technologies) had installed and asked them to save them to save them on an external hard drive. Mark Mancini himself quoted a price of $125 per hour to do this job with the job not costing more than $500 to complete. He said it would take 3 days tops. After waiting a couple of weeks AND MARK KNOWING HOW IMPORTANT AND IRREPLACEABLE THSE FILES WERE I get a phone call from Mark saying there was a problem transferring the files, that the files were lost, and that it would take an outside data recovery specialist at the rate of $18,000 (yes that's eighteen thousand dollars) to recover these files from the server. After asking him to provide more information about the company I was about to fork over $18,000 to, he provided me with a bogus, fabricated invoice that exactly matched his company invoices. The name of the company at the top of the invoice had simply been changed. The funny thing was the invoice number for his company was exactly one number sequence below the invoice number that this so called outside data recovery company was using. It was amazing how this outside company could be completely different companies but yet at that exact time there invoice numbers were exactly one sequential number different. After further questioning, we asked who the owner of this data recovery company was and it was provided. We then found out after reviewing the twisted technologies website that the owner of the so called data recovery company was listed as an actual employee on the twisted technologies website. Last but not least, there is no business of any kind named twisted technologies located at the address they have listed as there place of business. One of our employees actually drove to that location to see if we could get some answers and there was no business of this type there at all. I don't usually write reviews, but I do want everyone who is considering using this company to know what happened to me in hopes that it doesn't happen to you.
