Take 5 Oil Change at 6569 Roswell Road, Atlanta, Georgia.

Most of the people were nice and quick. James was extremely professional and informative and constantly reminded me that they were getting to me because there was a bit of a wait. He also apologized profusely about the wait and explained the process to me.

One of the other employees, Cedric, acted extremely impatient and yelled at me the entire time. Then became condescending and told me I needed to look at him and pay attention to him, until he became so impatient that he just told me to cut my car off in a snide way. Not pleased or amused with this employee.

Overall, great experience other than Cedric; however, this place makes you stay in your car the whole time with it off, so I wouldn’t recommend going during the summer.
