I wish I could give this experience -0!!! I have never written a review about a company until now.
Let's start with store manager Ivis is a complete B---- even if the employee is in the wrong.
-Sales rep gave me misinformation on a promotion so I purchased the phone for the free accessory
-It wasn't really free, but I didn't find out until after my purchase
-Store manager tried to make me pay a $50 restocking fee
-Promotion was only valid if you added an additional line is what the manager stated
-Manager was dishonest about the promotion according to customer service(I believe customer service said it was a one day promotion)
-Kicked me out the store for no reason with a new phone that wasn't activated, no Sim card inserted, and I didn't know how to work the device

I visited this location yesterday (Christmas eve) to upgrade a line. I was indecisive on the device I wanted to purchase until the sales rep said "If you purchase the Galaxy S7, then you will receive the virtual headset gear for free."

Great, I purchased the Galaxy S7, then the rep said " Oh I forgot to scan the virtual headset gear, so let me go ask my manager how to scan this since you will be receiving it for free." The sales rep returned and said "Oh my manager said that it's only free if you add an additional line." I asked for a credit to my account for half the device price since I ONLY bought the phone under the impression I would be receiving the head gear for free.

Long story short, the manager told the rep that I would have to call customer service for a credit, but customer service said only the store could apply a create since it was their issue.

I asked for a refund on the entire purchase(never walked out the store) and the rep said I would be charged a $50 restocking fee. I asked to speak with the manager since that was unfair. Ivis (store manager) said "Yes, this was an error on the reps end, but I can't remove the stocking fee or credit your account." After I got customer service back on the line, Ivis walked over and gave me the device, then asked me to leave her store. I was extremely confused since I didn't cause any scenes, yell, scream, etc. I asked her the reason for being put out the store and she said "We have other customers, and I don't want my rep to keep coming over here to you. Plus I just have you that device, and I wasn't suppose to." (All BS)

-Meanwhile, customer service over hear how rude she is for no reason, and offers compensation for my troubles. I declined since she walked over and gave me the device as I was speaking to customer service.

Nonetheless, customer service said that Ivis was being very dishonest about the promotion as there was no additional line required to receive the device for free. All I had to do was purchase the phone in the same transaction(as I did.)
