Southern Painting - ITP at 3355 Lenox Rd., Suite #750-B, Atlanta, Georgia.

Southern Painting painted the entire interior of our new house starting right after we moved in. Between this house and our last, we have had a lot of house projects done. For the most part, we’ve been lucky with the quality of work, but communication can be a challenge. This was not the case with Nick (territory manager), who stayed in frequent contact with us and made sure we knew what was going on at all times, including through daily project updates.

We found them all very trustworthy, too. Most of the work went on when we were not at home, and the crew was perfect about locking up after they were done for the day. Again, great communication helped: we got a text when they arrived and when they left each day.

Daniel, the foreman of the crew that painted our house, quickly understood our needs and made a couple of thoughtful suggestions to improve the final look of a couple of rooms.

We had one room that needed drywall replacement by a separate contractor before it could be painted. The room wasn’t left as “paint ready” as we had been told it would be, but the Southern Painting crew handled the extra challenges extremely well, and looking at the room now, you wouldn’t guess that there had been any problems. The company is flexible on timing, too—moving crews around depending on weather and other factors—so due to other cancellations, they were able to finish our work ahead of schedule.

We didn’t choose dramatic colors (just several shades of grey) but the paint freshened up our house and made it feel like home. I would definitely use Southern Painting again and would highly recommend them.
