5 stars are not enough. He deserves 10 if I could give him that!

This hot summer day late in August, I decided to sell my restaurant and had an urge to discuss this with a broker. I looked up online to find some brokers and started to call them and left them voice mails. Then I came across Steve at Shumacher Group, who was highly rated on Google.
I called expecting a voice mail greeting.Then surprisingly there was a human voice on the other line and it was Steve himself.

We completed the entire application process at that first call. I was a bit reluctant at first about moving forward so fast as I usually like to take my time about things. However, after I began to talk with him, I started to realize the depth of his knowledge as a restaurant broker. He seems to know every aspect and detail of ATL restaurant sales. Not to mention, later I found out he used to be an owner and chef himself so he knows what you are going through. Not just pushing the papers.

I was very impressed. And he impressed me all the way to the closing.

Whenever I had any questions to ask in email, text or a call, he usually got back to me in minutes whether it’s morning or night. As mentioned in some of the reviews, I did wonder if he sleeps at all. He also has a good sense of humor and is very diligent about entertaining his clients.

I signed on the closing papers today ( the 17th of Oct, 2017) and I felt like this was a little guerrilla project well-done and win win for everyone. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. Though I can’t guarantee my experience with him would be the same to yours since there are so many different factors in restaurant sales if you are considering selling yours, first consult with Steve and you will be ahead of the game.
