Renaissance Concourse Atlanta Airport Hotel at 1 Hartsfield Center Parkway, Atlanta, Georgia.

This is a difficult review because there were some things that were great about this hotel. So let's talk about the good first. The location is excellent! It right next to the airport and if you go to zone 2, in the transportation area, there is a free shuttle to the hotel. The lobby is phenomenal, lots of space and areas to sit and talk. There are some restaurants near by if you want to get out and explore. The staff here is amazing and the foodservice even better! My bed was probably the best hotel bed I've slept on in a while.
The bad: our room was not ready. Check-in was at 2 but we didn't get our room until 8 pm; some people in our group had to sleep at another hotel because it was overbooked. There were not an adequate number of bathrooms for the number of people that were here. My room did not get fully service on my last night and ended up having to reuse a bath towel from my roommate. I think I'm going to give them 4 stars because I think that they earned more than three.
