Feb, 13 2019Monica Brock1I had about 14 items. Lady wouldn't ring me up unless I brought 1 of the hangers that was missing from one of the shirts up to register from wherever it was. Really bad customer service. I waited in line about 20 minutes to be turned away for missing a hanger. No signs posted about the "hanger policy" either. Dumbest thing I heard in my entire life. First and last time I will ever shop at Rainbow.
