Lauren and Corey are the best. They are always nice and friendly, and even when they have a whole lot going on and people demanding every second of their day, they are still both always very friendly and never seem to get overwhelmed. The building is older, but they keep it as clean as they can, but unfortunately they have to clean things like once a homeless person peed in the stairwell and I had to ask Corey to clean it up, and he didn’t seem to mind at all. It’s a great location, but because of it being downtown it means of course there will be a lot of homeless people in these units, which made them change their hours to 6pm which makes it extremely hard to be able to get things I may need at times. But other than that, I’m happy with this storage location. And I love the staff, Corey and Lauren are great!
