Pollack Shores Real Estate Group at 5605 Glenridge Drive #775, Atlanta, Georgia.

This company cares nothing for the communities it targets with massive apartment complexes. It is out for its investors. It builds, sells before the Certificate of Occupancy (which means it has to keep NONE of the promises it makes) and moves on leaving nothing that connects the community and no green spaces. When challenged, Pollack Shores refuses to negotiate or compromise.
We speak from sad experience!! Faced with intense community opposition in College Park- Orlando, FL - the company refused from the outset to have meaningful discussions with concerned residents.
Residents appealed a biased decision of the city council and fought the zoning exceptions and bonuses afforded the project by local politicians. Community members raised $40,000 (average donation$75.00) and were headed to court with an expert planner's opinion favoring residents. Pollack Shores then threatened to sue the community group AND the individuals named on the appeal for attorney fees and court costs. The individuals could not pay to fight Pollack Shores and the group could not keep standing for the appeal without them. Pollack Shores is a company that is out for itself and refuses to collaborate with the communities it targets. Shame on them!
