Outback Steakhouse at 1220 Ashford Crossing, Atlanta, Georgia.

So it’s been about five years since I’ve been to Outback, I had a nice dinner at this location and paid with a $50 gift card I got from my parents. My bill was about $33, and I left a cash tip as I always do. A couple of weeks later I returned to this location and had a meal, paid with the same gift card which should have had $17 left on it only to find that that it was $7. The previous visit the server had added an additional $10 tip to the gift card, which I did not know was possible to use for tipping purposes.
After very poor interaction with management and a phone number that was useless, I vowed to never return. Tonight my girl was talking about Outback, and I quickly reminded her. Needless to say we are not going tonight. I’ve gone so far as to have a friends rehearsal dinner moved because I would not attend.
Too bad, I actually liked Outback, oh well.
