No one told me when I scheduled the appointment that you'd have to pay for parking. So that was a surprise. Also, the doctor was running an hour late and came into my appointment for about 5 minutes and then that was it. I paid a specialist copay and parking for 5 minutes with the doctor but was waiting for an hour. If I had been late they would not have seen me so I feel like my time was not of any value to them, I had left work for the appointment and was even 10 min early. I felt like the whole thing was a rush and although the care I needed may have been minimal they could have at least spent more time with me and maybe do a full evaluation and definitely not have run so behind. I get it, things happen but since my appointment was going to be short anyways they could've quickly seen me at the time I was supposed to be seen. I don't think I'll be going back.

HORRIBLE TRUST ME DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR'S OFFICE. This place has the worst customer service ever. The front desk actually took a picture of me without my consent who does that with no explanation as to why unbelievable . The nurses were snickering and laughing when discussing issues that I had with my skin they were very unprofessional. I would tell any one DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR'S OFFICE PLEASE it is the most unprofessional place ever.
