Very, very, very, very, Poor customer service !!!! I came in and asked about getting a bezel changed on my watch and the sales rep who just started said my watch was fake ! All because he never seen a GMT
(Batman). Then he try's to compare it to a GMT Pepsi watch and said the wait was off. Of course it's off one is stainless steel and the other is White gold. I left the store and called the manager on duty and the only thing she said was she was sorry and that they will send him to training. And that I was more than welcome to come back in and get the work on my watch ..that she was very familiar with which time price I have. I told her I would never step foot in there store.
