LOFT at 4300 Paces Ferry Road Southeast, Atlanta, Georgia.

We were in the store and had picked out some things to try on, but realized I needed to use the restroom. I know that these stores do not have restrooms openly available for customers, but have used the one in this store in the past. When I asked nicely, the associate I spoke to was very rude and would not let me me use it. She told me to walk over to CVS in the rain. I found that very inconsiderate and unnecessary. They lost what might have been a sizable sale from me.
