I went to Solomon Jeffries because of a mold problem with a house I was under contract to purchase. 2 days before closing on my final inspection, I found a significant amount of mold in the basement. Under advisement from Solomon Jeffries, I had mold analysis done that proved the massive amount of mold in the house. As this was a short sale, the seller (himself a lawyer) tried to bully me into forfeiting the earnest money. Luckily I had Jeff Solomon on my side and his confidence and knowledge in the subject area were impressive. He spoke with the seller/lawyer and refuted every argument that was thrown at him. As a result, the seller decided to not pursue the case (he would have undoubtedly lost) and gave me my earnest money.
