WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Came in for a consult then got a call two weeks later stating my insurance and all information was lost and if I could come back I was very upset about my information being misplaced. I came back for a consult it took the doctor two hours just to see me and his staff front desk customer service was horrible I can't rate them at all its like he picked those things up off the street and gave them another chance at life. Unfortunately I had to rate this place in order to post but this place deserves zero stars and it should be condemmed!!!
