JJ's Rib Shack at 2979 Campbellton Road Southwest, Atlanta, Georgia.

This place only gets 5 stars because the food is great! Never a complaint as far as that. Now for the real. Service is one of the worst I've delt with at a restaurant. The wait for food is ridiculous, parking sucks, and again staff is unprofessional. I've had to wait 2 hrs for food yes it was delicious but 2 hrs is just a long time no matter how you split it. Staff and owners seem unbothered and not eager to change anything. So if you want great food that takes forever to get, little to no customer service then this is the place to go.
