I just locked my key in the room, I went to the front of the desk to ask if they could open the door the lady at the front told me that because my I.d wasn't on fill that she couldn't open it for me. My boyfriends i.d is the only one on file so I called him and ask him if he could give them his I.d. number. They saw me all day and all night going in and out of the room. I'm 7 months pregnant I have no water and I have to use the restroom every 15 mins. My boyfriend won't be able to come in the next two hours so I'm stuck outside in the cold waiting for him to come so I can get in. I'm in pain and he has to pick up my prescription and I cannot wait outside holding my pee dehydrated. She had the worst attitude even after I explain the situation even after explaining that I have his I.d. information sent to me and everything. We spent our hard working money to be here and the way they treat their guess is horrible. Not only did this stress me out but it has caused me to be in more pain that I can't even stand for long. So here I am on the cold ground waiting for two hours so that my boyfriend can come to open the door. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE COMING HERE! 0000 STARS.
