Miserable...people just milling around. I placed an online order. Confirmation email stated pickup between 1:30-5:00. At 2:30 when I arrived, it was mass chaos. I stood in line for at least 20 minutes. Once it was my turn, I was informed my order hadn't been pulled yet. It was 6 packs of curtain rings and one lantern. I could have shopped the store myself and gotten out of there quicker. I would have selected the ship to me option, but it wouldn't have arrived for a week and a half. Ridiculous!
