Very friendly, did not try to do services that could be done cheaper somewhere else. They wash your vehicle and vacuum. They provide awesome places to hang out while you wait, 3 different locations inside. I felt good driving away after several services. However, I left off one star because I was told one price for 100,000 mile check, then when representative printed off that quote, he said, it was wrong and added another $300.00. Original quote came from a phone conversation. I feel if computer states a price, it is quoted, then that price should be honored .
Also, I shared there was a hose issue with washer, they claimed it was working as it should, but my husband had already seen the broken hoses. It appeared, they were ready for me to leave, and did not want to bother with it. Otherwise, nice, clean, pleasant and professional. They saved me money on areas, where they felt spending the money and changing lights out would not solve any issues. That was a $900 savings!!! Thanks!
