I went in for a trim. They said they would keep the length and before I realized they had grabbed the clippers it was too late. A lot of my hair fell out and I've been working very hard to allow it to grow back out. Half a year of progress is gone and the haircut is absolutely disgusting. I haven't allowed anyone to touch my hair in 8 years and now I regret ever trusting them.
