Forward Appliance & Refrigeration repair at 5111 Sloan Square Northeast, Atlanta, Georgia.

Having bought a new home (new to me), I have dealt with various service personnel in order to repair neglected items and get the home into shape. I have been almost uniformly disappointed in the service provided with the exception of Forward/Galaxy appliance. Victor was on time, efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and one of the more pleasant people I have dealt with. Not only did he fix my stove, he took the time to address things not related to his service visit and proposed cost efficient solutions to them. The cost was very reasonable. He was the only service provider that I thought was worth every penny. In short, Victor is the employee that every employer hopes to have, now you will have a repeat customer in the future.
