Aug, 15 2019Samuel Hendrix1Placed an order online at 10:18am. Got a confirmation number and even called to confirm they could deliver just in case. I then got a call at 2pm which was the estimate of when it should be delivered and the lady on the phone explained it would not be delivered and she just received the order. So why did it take over 5 hours to let me know after being charged $75 dollars for flowers and even confirming with me on the phone??? Terrible customer service. Stay away and do not order online!!!!
