Customer service is awful!!! I bought a pair of shoes for my husband, I was on the phone with him and he said he already had a pair just like them. I turned around and returned them I paid cash. Well the cashier told me he could not give me cash back at the register that I had to go all the way the a back corner on the third floor to be rdunded in cash I said why is that. He told me he was not going to discuss that with me. I was livid how do you think you can talk to a customer like that! Instead of giving me a professional response. I sought out a manager and told her I was disgusted at the tone the old man had used. I will never be back!
