Cleo Meyer - State Farm Insurance Agent at 1776 Peachtree Street Northwest Ste 346S, Atlanta, Georgia.

Extremely dissatisfied with service levels at this State Farm agency. After dealing with Tarico (new agent) with misleading information stating that my new car would have lower rates because it is safer, I received a call from Cleo. Cleo was very rude and repeated herself several times stating everyone has a new job. I of course understand but did not appreciate her negative attitude. I transferred to a different State Farm agency but would steer anyone in the Atlanta area away from this Cleo’s team. Not friendly and distasteful behavior to newer agents at other agencies (Watkinsville area specifically). “30+ years” in the business apparently doesn’t make you a nice person. I would rate a .5 star if possible.

Tarico Burks is the best! He is professional and was so patient with me. State Farm is lucky to have him!
