City Automotive at 3761 Campbellton Road Southwest, Atlanta, Georgia.

The worst and most horrible experience I've ever had with any company. This company should be shutdown permanently for rip offs and fraudulence. The manager is rude, very condescending and unbelievably deceitful. I had my vehicle towed here and decided to have it re-towed elsewhere due to the unprofessional experience. The manager did not relinquish my car keys. I literally had to call authorities. I offered to pay him the towing fee, but the manager was dissatisfied and decided to increase my service charge. He charged me for diagnostics services that was never done. After the long hassle of disputing the charges. I decided to pay using my credit card. The manager then tells me he does not accept credit cards. I had to pay cash money to spare me the mercy of the unprofessional agony. I was ripped off intentionally. they refused to give me paperwork of the services they allegedly completed. I left and never looked back. Please drive past this place and spare yourself the burdens.
