I requested an refund do to change in finances, Brad who once was polite was very rude "you just need to wait until Chris call you in a nasty tone, when I asked was there an time frame when I would hear from him . I called Chris for a week straight no return call , I finally received a call to pick up check and its only a little over $300 , I paid over 1200 dollars , the processed was never started, no court , no classes , nothing , I asked for an receipt or summary to show why so much was held , and was denied " we have nothing to do with Chris bookeeping and don't know why your check is that amount " . I called Chris while I was in the office , sent an email and a week later no one has returned my call, when I call I get sent to VM .. Horrible outcome , I feel so violated and bullied ! Now when I call its like a joke and they are very rude to me when I ask questions, be aware if things don't go right , they will switch one you and become very unprofessional and rude .. I am only leaving this so no one else has to experience this type of service you give your hard earn money too! I will updated if anything changes , if you choose to work with this firm be careful !!!!!
