The staff at Catalyst Fitness have completely exceeded my expectations as a personal training facility. They have done so much to enhance my daily life by showing me simple exercises that increase my mobility, rotation, and overall wellbeing. I have learned wonders about my body and continue to get better and feel better with every session. Small Group Personal Training On Demand is really convenient and personable.
