Budgetel Inn & Suites - Atlanta Midtown, GA at 140 Pine Street Northeast, Atlanta, Georgia.

I am a Resource and Referral Specialist looking to collaborate with different businesses and learn their true sincerity and compassion for their clients. I am bringing my business from California but This is what. I dealt with at the Budgetel Inn...

Checkout staff disrespectful. Management the heavy set light skinned lady could not read my ID and tell the difference from Florida and Alabama. All information totally not mine at all. The helper behind the desk told or asked me why do I want or need copies of my information or what does it matter what is on the receipt as long as my name was on there. Very disrespectful rude Black people for no reason. They even threatened to call security on me because I wanted them to fix my personal information. 3 times, and wanted copies of my information mind you they never could find the form I signed. They told me to talk to GM on Friday.

I will talk to the general manager on Friday because I am not comfortable with what has transpired if that doesn't work corporate is next. This doesn't even include the benefit of the doubts for other situations. I believe my credit card is or was trying to be stolen.
One never knows who walks into their doors good customer service should always be a priority not who had the highest voice to scare a customer away.

Thank you be blessed
