Dr. Harold Brody may be a great doctor, but I would never know, because his office uses the most tortured scheduling process one could ever imagine. First, the person answering the phone is not actually equipped to schedule appointments for him. Second, if you ask to be called back, they don't actually call back. And third, his nurses do all of his scheduling, so you're basically at the mercy of his nurses' schedules who are, as the person answering the phone in his office explains, "extremely busy."

So, if you're someone who has a significant amount of free time to sit around for his nurses to call you during their nonexistent down time, by all means, Dr. Brody is your guy! But if you are a person living in the 21st century with a scheduled life, and you have a basic expectation that the person answering the phone can do something as simple as make an appointment, then you should move on.
