Avis Car Rental at 2201 Henderson Mill Road, Northlake-Shopping Mall Sears, Atlanta, Georgia.

I rent cars frequently and my normal rental company (hertz, which I LOVE) was sold out at the time. Avis was the next closest rental company to me so I went with them. When I received a car, after waiting for no apparent reason, it was dirty. Starbucks coffee cups in the front and back seats, water bottle, plastic bag on the floor. There were greasy fingerprints on the steering wheel...gross. So I had to wait again for them to clean the car since they hadn't bothered to check it before.

When I went to return the car I saw they had closed ten minutes prior to my arrival...and they have no after hours return box. So I had to keep the car until the next morning thus being charged for an additional day. I paid an extra $60! It's not worth it to rent from them again. I will NOT recommend this company to anyone who values customer service.
