Atlanta Kick at 764 Miami Circle Northeast, Atlanta, Georgia.

I just love the concept of Atlanta Kick and the instructors are great. I just moved to town and needed a place to work out, but can't seem to self-motivate for a typical gym. I love the pace of kettle bells and kick-boxing classes, so this place is just perfect. I was at first intimidated by the rowing classes, but they're not 45 minutes of straight rowing! There are other exercises built into the "circuit." I just love the instructors - so friendly, and they take the time to show me proper movements or answer my questions.
