Arrive Buckhead Luxury Apartment Homes at 740 Sidney Marcus Boulevard Northeast, Atlanta, Georgia.

Buckle your seatbelts because BOY do I have a story...

Basically, this apartment complex is managed by liars. My roommate and I came and toured this past Feb. The leasing agent was absolutely wonderful and so so helpful. We had a few concerns because the reviews online were negative, but he reassured us that it was because the complex switched management and that the issues were resolved. We ended up filling out an application (and paying the $150 fee) because they had incorrectly listed the price online as $1250, instead of $1600. Because of this, we thought "hey we have nothing to lose! the management may not be great, but the price!" - WRONG. Since then, we had been in communication with the complex periodically. They told us that our application was APPROVED and that we just needed to wait a little closer to our move-in date to sign the lease.

We called last week to get an address to ship furniture and were informed that they had "no record of our application" which would be impossible because our application was approved. We call back and then they claim that we just didn't get the email stating that we were denied, which was a blatant lie.

We later end up finding out that they switched management and DELETED our application because they did not want to honor the lower price that we had locked in by filling out the application and paying the fee.

Had they decided to honor the price that we initially were given, we would have looked past this and just gone ahead with living here because the price was so great…. but now they refuse to give us back the application fee and are being changing their story left and right. They are so incredibly dishonest it is LAUGHABLE.

Moral of the story: they stole our money, lied to us, and are terrible people. Do not waste your time or money.
