This has been the worst experience from the time I called. I originally called just to price check the units but was told to stay on the line and I was getting the best deal. After being on the line over 20 mins, still nothing was accomplished. My information was taken by a lady who kept stalling me with idle chitchat and random conversation only for her to transfer me to customer service because she was not able to figure out what she was doing. All the while I had no idea why I was transferred, so when customer service picked up they had no idea why I was on the line. To top that off, the CS rep that I was on the phone with hung up on me when I asked for a recording of the entire call.

I then called back to speak with a manager or supervisor and was told that that there was no one for me to speak with and she couldn't even pull up the proper information for me to contact the store manager or any person of authority. Needless to say, I am extremely dissatisfied with me entire experience.
