RADIUS Cheshire Bridge at 2124 Cheshire Bridge Road Northeast, Atlanta, Georgia.

Since new Property Management (Radius) took over there have been a lot of new changes with the property. They are making a huge effort to improve the place. The pool is under major construction and the leasing office/ business center/gym is due for a major overhaul as well (from what I have been told). I think all of this will be wonderful in the long run - but in the short term not having access to the amenities that I am paying for (the gym) with no alternative plan in place somewhat irritates me.

I hope that the new management increases the overall security (gates, secured doors, officer, etc) especially around the Leasing Office & entrance gates. Increased security should be a top concern by management, if it is not addressed I can see it becoming (more of) an issue.

Maintenance staff are courteous, friendly & professional. Requests are usually handled within a reasonable time frame and repairs are also satisfactory. Office staff are professional, respectful and personable. I have always had positive interactions with everyone and appreciate that greatly.

Neighbors are overall fine - most keep to themselves but will nod or say hello in passing. I have not experienced any issues with re-current noise or anyone being disrespectfully loud/noisy.

I do wish the trash receptacle area was kept cleaner. The situation HAS improved since the new management took over (it seems like the trash is removed more frequently - which is great) but I am not sure they know about how bad things get in the warmer months. It stinks bad on warm days and REALLY badly in the summer. I am curious to see what the new management does to mitigate this issue in the near future. Perhaps a quarterly pressure washing of the area & pavement around it would help (a lot!)

Parking gets tough in front of the buildings late into the evening but there is a 2 story garage in the center of the complex to help with additional/ overflow spaces. Overall, you CAN find parking - you may have to walk further than you might like - but there are spaces available in the garage.

The rent price that I pay compared to the overall location/area seems reasonable. Overall, I would recommend this property to a friend and have no major complaints. I hope management offers the residents a reasonable solution to the fact they will be taking away access to the gym for a couple of months.
