Just spent 40 minutes on the phone trying to verify if they can do a passport application at this location and if there are specific hours/days for this service......and which part of the building to enter. The automated phone system only works (I assume) if you have the correct name and spelling of the PERSON you want to speak to. The option to hold for assistance means that you wait 10 minutes listening to the repeating message until it says the system cannot assist at this time. Choosing the #0 help option results in immediate disconnection. Not even 1 star service!

Update: We did go to this location anyway, and they do have an office for passport application. The hours shown were 8:30 to 4:30 Monday through Friday. The wait time was minimal. Be sure to have all proper documents, a check for payment to send to the Dept of State, and cash or credit card to pay the application fee (currently $25)
