Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Atlanta/Perimeter Center at 6280 Peachtree Dunwoody Road, Atlanta, Georgia.

Hotel is good, but customer service worst. We ask about laundromat before check in, to make sure they have it or not and how much it will cost, they answer yes we do, you can use it for free. We bought from them 2 tides for 2$, put our clothes in laundromat, close and press start washing and leave, after hour come back to check it, how is everything done or not, but this machine doesn’t work, it’s pulled water inside and stoped, we tried open to take our clothes, but machine block door and its was impossible to open, we call front desk and ask but this problem, and they answered technician guy will come just after 6:30 am, but right now time is 12:30 am, and how do you think what happened with clothes if they will be in water for 6 hours?We open by our self and take clothes, and go to nearest laundromat, washed and dried. We come back around 5:00 am, we pass all night for nothing. After, it’s right we pass check out time, because had a good night, and when I come to front desk to ask return deposit, they said no, it’s not our problems what do you have at night. You need to check out at 11 am. I want to give all same issues to front desk ladies. I’m so sorry to bad English.
