If I could give this place zero stars I would. Poor customer service. Unnecessary long waits with no real explanation of what your waiting for. My eye exam with Dr. Steve Wardast was excellent, but actually getting the glasses was horrendous. It took almost a month for my glasses to come in. They refused to give explanation of where my glasses where until I told them I wanted my money back. Suddenly they were there the next day. Then when I went to pick them up....OMFG they even made THAT horrible. Told me to have a seat. I just want my glasses. Hand them to me so I can go. They make people sit and wait while they have consultation with people when all they have to do is hand me the glasses. Will NEVER return it reccomend this location to anyone except eye exams.
