First off, Ashley, the Location Manager, is EXCELLENT. I dealt with her at another location last year and back then I found her to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful, professional and attentive then. And she still is. She wasn't a Manager then, by the way. But she provided a level of assistance and concern to her customers that you rarely see even in store managers and higher-ups. I was very impressed with her at the time.

So having dealt with her previously, and the experience being quite positive, I felt relief when I saw her at the Capitol Avenue location. Instantly, I knew my rental would go flawlessly.

And of course, Ashley delivered.

I could go on and on about Ashley but I can assure you that no other location has a Manager as capable and adept as her.

I've rented TONS of cars from at least a dozen Enterprises over the last few years: I promise you, no other Enterprise employee I've come into contact with comes close to providing the level of customer care that Ashley does. She treats her customers with real concern, and you feel good about your rental when you leave.

I watched in awe as a store full of customers flooded the location and Ashley calmly and kindly took care of us in a precise, prompt and courteous manner. I don't know how she does it. She's on top of everything there.

I truly hope Enterprise appreciates the asset they have in her. And I hope the company makes the smart decision and promotes her. The lady is doing an UNBELIEVABLE job.

She cares about her work, her store, her customers--and it shows. Terrific experience. I'll be back again!
