    I wish I looked here before I rented a unit at this facility. I had dozen of boxes destroyed by water. Was given the name of the owner Bill Donovan and his email (FYI email Doesn't work) He never responded. Insurance? Never heard about it. They wouldn't even give me a refund for the months I had my stuff there. Told me it was my responsibility to check and make sure there were no leaks! Awful place, awful people.
