BrandsMart USA at 5000 Motors Industrial Way, Atlanta, Georgia.

While there are usually a lot of people here the store does not feel crowded. The store is very large but doesn't feel that way, you can easily find what you are looking for and have a decent selection of items to compare against each other. Employees are always helpful though not always very knowledgeable. If you know what you are looking for and what you want I always feel like I get a good value here. For Big Ticket items such as stoves or refrigerators there always seems to be less hassle here than at other retailers as far as getting it done and loaded into a truck or delivery. A great shopping experience.

Shouldn't even be a star ...purchased a very expensive Washer and Dryer set, delivery was made dryer was not working and making a very loud grinding noise...brought a new dryer 2 days later(Friday) which had a huge dent on the side of it, now they took the dryer and said it would have to be delivered on Monday...I have taken off work to meet with them twice and now have to do it again...been calling numerous times but can't get through to anyone...Take your business elsewhere and pay a little more to get "GOOD HELP", never again will we shop here!!!!! UPDATE: they tried to set up another delivery called and said it didnt make it on the Truck said they would bring it by on Sunday...then got a call saying Monday, I am so done with the BS DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!
