Brad Kolowich Jr. Personal Training has the BEST team of trainers by far! Every time I walk in, I am greeted with friendly and encouraging smiles! Everyone is so passionate about what they do and regardless of who your trainer is, everyone is happy to answer any questions you have. I have personally been working out with Caroline for almost a year now and she is AMAZING! She really takes the time to put together workouts that are challenging and designed for my body type.
